SAR Training includes many avenues of preparation. Among them is navigation, map reading,
compass skills, man-tracking, clue awareness, air operations, search strategy, command structure, incident command, safety,
survival skills, and haz mat. A trained searcher is prepared to be self sufficient for at least 48 hours in all situations.
We train regularly to maintain these skills and develop new ones.
